TRUSTED INDUSTRY-WIDE
BECAUSE WE’VE BEEN TRIED AND TESTED BY THE VERY BEST.
You don’t gain the trust of some of the UK’s leading developers without first being tried and tested against some seriously stringent criteria. And we’re pleased to say we continue to meet and even exceed the exacting demands of household name developers such as The Berkeley Group, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Developments PLC, Wilmott-Dixon and many more.
THE ZERO SW20 LONDON
Zero Developments’ company ethos of sustainability without sacrificing on quality or design is very much inline with our own mission to reduce our carbon footprint. The apartment block had 35 apartments over 4 floors with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed properties. The brief was to fit a 2 or 3 door sliding wardrobe in all master bedrooms and a second wardrobe in bed 2 on the larger apartments.
KEYBRIDGE VAUXHALL
Mount Anvil wanted to create a new landmark for the Vauxhall area. The project involved 470 new homes made up of a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments set in an acre of open space. They approached Commonfield with a brief to supply and install high quality fitted wardrobes into luxury apartments at the Keybridge development.
WARDIAN CANARY WHARF
Ballymore contacted Commonfield to discuss an exciting new project they were working on. This build comprised two residential towers of 55 and 50 storeys containing 766 homes including suites, one and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The brief was very clear, a wardrobe was required in every bedroom that seamlessly fitted into the high specifications of these two incredible buildings.
DOLLAR BAY LONDON DOCKLANDS
We were very excited to get the opportunity to work on Dollar Bay for Mount Anvil. The brief was split into the main building and penthouses. The theme within the building was to offer elegant open-plan design with uninterrupted views over London and a focus on indoor to outdoor living. The penthouse properties opted for hinged doors with cut out exposed shelving detail and a fully lined carcase.
