Keybridge Case Study
Mount Anvil wanted to create a new landmark for the Vauxhall area. The project involved 470 new homes made up of a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments set in an acre of open space, including a spa, gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. With a one billion pound Infrastructure investment from the Mayor of London and Transport for London in Vauxhall and the surrounding areas this project was a particularly exciting one for the area.
Mount Anvil approached Commonfield with a brief to supply and install high quality fitted wardrobes into luxury apartments at the Keybridge development. The brief was detailed with all the materials and finishes required to meet the high specifications of the bedrooms within the apartment blocks.
Start on site: May 2018 / Complete on site: August 2020
600 wardrobes – Vinyl wrapped hinged doors and internal components. Full carcase, rebated LED lighting and integrated handle.
The final design included sensor operated, rebated shelf lighting, the perfect finishing touch to add a little more luxury to the bedrooms. This together with the fully carcased internal layout and contemporary cashmere board tied in with the high quality finish running throughout this incredible building.
Work was completed by the end of August 2020 and under the expert eye of our Site Supervisor came in on budget and on time within the build schedule.

Ballymore contacted Commonfield to discuss an exciting new project they were working on. This build comprised two residential towers of 55 and 50 storeys containing 766 homes including suites, one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses. The brief was very clear, a wardrobe was required in every bedroom that seamlessly fitted into the high specifications of these two incredible buildings.
We were very excited to get the opportunity to work on Dollar Bay for Mount Anvil. The brief was split into the main building and penthouses. The theme within the building was to offer elegant open-plan design with uninterrupted views over London and a focus on indoor to outdoor living. The penthouse properties opted for hinged doors with cut out exposed shelving detail and a fully lined carcase.
