We started using Pro Core 3 months ago and can already see the huge benefits it brings to our onsite operations. Procore is essentially an app that houses all data required for a job, it’s used by the whole team to keep everyone connected and track how a project’s progressing. The installation team use the software to access fitting instructions and drawings and get their work signed off by site management. All the relevant health and safety documentation for the site is on the app too.
The data on the app is live so it’s the most up to date version and snapshot of what’s going on with a project, making it reliable and trusted data. This information can then be accessed by our manufacturing teams to help schedule the work flow through the manufacturing process to make sure the right amount of product is always ready to go.
We’ve replaced multiple systems across Word, Excel, CAD and email with one integrated paperless system, reporting takes minutes now not hours. This has made for a far more efficient way of working and gives us the ability to work to our full capabilities and get the most out of our team helping us to reduce errors. The management reports we can now run from Pro Core keep us up to date with project budgets and manpower, plus some of our customers are now using the app too within their companies. It’s great for synchronisation between the companies and we can keep adapting and improving to suit the needs of our clients.
