Internships

We’re always on the look out for new interns to join our team. We’ve had several really successful placements that have given us an insight into this valuable source of talented people. One of the big benefits to our business is that only people who have a genuine interest and want to further their own knowledge will apply. Their energy and fresh eyes offer a unique perspective that can be applied towards making a better product or giving better service.

There’s the obvious win too of an extra pair of hands that can mean everyday tasks are halved, freeing up time to work on longer term projects. The opportunity for mentoring within the team is also a valuable exercise and can help to cement or even improve current procedures.

The link we’ve now made with the college is invaluable and the positive experience the current interns have is fed back and that in turn raises our company profile amongst other students wanting to apply. Central Bedfordshire College recently acknowledged our involvement with internships and we couldn’t be prouder to get a certificate of appreciate awarded to us.
